Site Manager

A leading organization seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning to quality assurance. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
  • Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.

For this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out. You should also have expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects and strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites. Additionally, you should be fluent in English.
