Senior Offers and Contracts Analyst

Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for an Senior Offers and Contracts Analyst to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to SALES MANAGER ELEVATOR & ESCALATOR BU. You will be responsible for responding to all inquiries from new and established customers (internal ou external ones), entering sales orders, managing orders, sending offers, doing offers follow up´s, backlog management and working with functional areas throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review daily reports, order maintenance requirements, and order blocks
- Helps to increase sales through customer backlog management, managing inventory requests, send offers according to customers solicitation.
- Contribute with a team results, doing offers follow up directly with customers.
- Be a reference for teams pairs
- Insert and track sales orders
- Ensure that all information about your portfolio are updated daily.
- Ensure coverage for daily staffing
- Evaluate interns workload and delegate as needed, always align with Sales Manager
- Ensure daily reports to ensure Comercial Team has all the information about Sales Portfolio
- Collaborate on a "Flash and Rolling Forecast" monthly report that will be a base for closing month
- Acting as a facilitator between Logistics, Plant, Sales, Fiscal and Pricing always with customer focus.
- Track billings and ensure issues are resolved so customers receive products quickly
- Answer daily customers solicitations about new offers, projects and sales order (lead time, available inventory, logistics issue, quality issues).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting or Economics
- Leadership skills will be a plus
- Must be able to motive and stimulate enthusiasm;
- Time management, multi-tasking, and follow-up are the skills preferred
- College coursework equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specially Excel Skills)
- Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Desire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Motivated both individually and on a team level
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of Elevator and Escalator parts will be a plus
- Ability to handle confidential informations
- Robust analytical documentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
