
Agency Training Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging training experiences to diverse audiences including: Internal Sales teams that work directly with agencies; External agencies who require education on TikTok advertising solutions.
- Develop and deliver continuing education programs targeted for functional efficiency and effectiveness - for both internal and external agency sales audiences - e.g.,how to effectively communicate the value of TikTok to prospects and clients.
- Create and deliver content for external-facing webinars for agencies on a range of topics from objection handling with their clients to product walk-throughs.
- Maintain a basic understanding of TikTok advertising solutions in order to be an effective educator for both internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate with marketing on external-facing materials designed for agencies in order to disseminate content - both internally and externally.
- Support with maintaining the sales internal knowledge center (that houses all of our key content).
- Learn core operations and objectives of teams within GBS.
- Establish collaborative relationships with other training partners who support other agency sales teams.
- Cultivate relationships with teams across GBS to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies.
- Curate and centralize learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams.
- Lead training facilitation for team offsites, summits and org -wide events as needed.
- Evaluate need for and partner with training vendors to deliver targeted training solutions, when appropriate.
- Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis ( e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
- Support other learning projects as needed.
- 3+ years experience in digital advertising preferably in Training, Sales, Marketing, Operations or Client Solutions functions
- Expert -level knowledge of Sales function within the digital advertising landscape
- Passion for learning and people development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Highly collaborative spirit
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
Nice to have
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
- Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP and authoring tools - Captivate, Elucidat, etc)
