Team Overview:

We are looking for a passionate CX Intelligence SR Analyst to be part of the CX Product and Insights Team. The ideal candidate will need to turn data into information, information into ideas, and ideas into operational decisions in the CX area.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and submitting reports.
  2. Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  3. Capturing data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases and data systems.
  4. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  5. Working with management to prioritize information and business needs.
  6. Locating and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
Role Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience;
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
  3. Strong proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
  4. Experience with large datasets and drawing actionable insights from them;
  5. Proven ability to develop and manage automated reporting dashboards;
  6. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms;
  7. Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis;
  8. Advanced English skills to work with multinational teams.
