About the Role Head of Technology in Brazil responsible for leading technology vision, execution, and innovation for the online betting platform. Reports to C-level and global leadership, overseeing multiple engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, fostering a high‑performance culture. Act as primary technology partner for product, business, and international stakeholders. Oversee technology roadmap for Brazil, balancing rapid delivery with technical debt management. Drive cross‑team communication and collaboration across all business verticals. Remove organizational and technical impediments to achieve ambitious goals on time and with high quality. Champion talent development, retention, and engagement; participate in recruitment and succession planning. Provide strategic direction for information systems and technology operations within the Brazilian market. Maintain focus on process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency. Represent technology function in executive and cross‑functional forums, providing insight on technical and business challenges. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years in technology leadership roles with proven track record of scaling software engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to lead in fast‑paced, international, remote‑friendly environment. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Experience in online betting, gaming, or related digital industries is a strong plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). #J-18808-Ljbffr
