As experiências e conhecimentos necessários para o cargo incluem: Atuar como líder técnico estratégico, responsável por pré-venda técnica, assessments tecnológicos e gestão da excelência técnica interna. Apoiar Sponsors e Account Managers em propostas técnicas. Definir arquitetura de referência, stack tecnológica e padrões sugeridos ao cliente. Avaliar riscos e complexidade técnica das demandas. Participar de apresentações técnicas em clientes, reforçando credibilidade. Conduzir projetos de diagnóstico tecnológico. Mapear maturidade tecnológica e gaps em clientes. Elaborar relatórios executivos e técnicos com achados e recomendações. Definir roadmaps tecnológicos. Liderar Chapters técnicos. Definir e manter padrões de arquitetura, qualidade e engenharia. Promover a evolução contínua das práticas. Validar arquiteturas de projetos críticos. Identificar tendências tecnológicas aplicáveis aos clientes. Conduzir POCs em novas tecnologias. Propor inovações que diferenciem a consultoria em pré-vendas e assessments. Requisitos: Experiência sólida em arquitetura de soluções e liderança técnica. Forte atuação em consultoria de TI, pré-venda técnica e assessments. Conhecimento em cloud, integrações, segurança, APIs. Vivência com práticas modernas de engenharia: DevOps, CI/CD, observabilidade.
