iHunters is partnering with a global leader in the iGaming industry. The company operates at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and data, delivering best-in-class digital experiences in a highly dynamic and regulated environment. As part of its strategic expansion in Brazil, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Technology to lead and drive the technology vision, execution, and innovation for the Brazilian operation. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the C-level of the local business, and will require close collaboration with global technology, product, and business teams to ensure world-class delivery and operational excellence in a fast-paced market. About the Role As the Head of Technology in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy for our online betting platform. You will oversee multiple engineering teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products and services that drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to global leadership, you will be the primary technology leader in the region, responsible for both operational excellence and long-term innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams (totaling 1535 people), fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Act as the primary technology partner for product, business, and international stakeholders, ensuring alignment on delivery, quality, and performance standards. Oversee the technology roadmap for Brazil, balancing the need for rapid delivery with the management of technical debt and long-term scalability. Drive cross-team communication and collaboration, ensuring information flows seamlessly across all teams and business verticals. Remove organizational and technical impediments, enabling teams to achieve ambitious goals on time and with high quality. Champion talent development, retention, and engagement, actively participating in recruitment and succession planning for the technology organization. Provide strategic direction for information systems and technology operations within the Brazilian market. Maintain a strong focus on process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency. Represent the technology function in executive and cross-functional forums, providing insight and leadership on technical and business challenges. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing and scaling software engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, international, and remote-friendly environment. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Experience in the online betting, gaming, or related digital industries is a strong plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken);
