**About the Team**:
- The Shopee Product Team's mission is to ignite opportunities for millions of people every day creating the right products to connect our clients with what they want, being sellers or buyers. The Product Team works closely with Asian HQ and other cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll-out, and iterate on products. We’re focused on making incredible solutions for our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it. Your work will touch millions of people a day and is something your friends and family will experience and love.- Work directly with the Head of Product and Product SPX lead to improve the productivity and quality of work across all product squads;
- Research opportunities of improvement for Shopee Xpress logistics, lead the initiatives across different teams and bring the projects from discovery to delivery;
- Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines;
- Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and further developments;
- Develop different solutions across multiple logistics areas including projects related to first-mile and last-mile deliveries;
- Optimize Shopee's current and future product logistics systems, adding new services to reduce costs and increase productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English to work with local and overseas teams (English will be the main working language);
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or technology fields;
- Good Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished;
- Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing product solutions. Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives. Customer obsessed: Take a customer-first lens to your work, keeping the needs of various segments of customers in mind;
- Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Take on complex product challenges and simplify them;
- Data-driven thinking: Find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. Know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis;
- Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian market; Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in consulting, startups, or related experience with a proven record of driving business impact;
- Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting;
- Experience working on logistics products focused on Brazilian markets.
