As a Senior Full Stack Developer, youll play a key role in building the tech that powers this mission. You''ll work across the entire stack, shaping features that directly impact lives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end development of scalable web features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
  • Write clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and mobile engineers—to build seamless experiences
  • Architect and implement efficient APIs and database structures to support performance at scale
  • Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and thoughtful technical decision-making
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Deep experience building full-stack applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and following remote-first workflows
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with U.S.-based startups or fast-paced tech environments
  • Background in healthtech or other impact-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with mobile integration or React Native projects
