Overview

Marketing Assistant role at Peak Scientific in Brazil. The company specializes in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market. Peak Scientific is headquartered in Scotland and exports to 126 countries, with expanding LATAM operations in São Paulo and Mexico.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, LATAM, the candidate will support marketing activities in the Brazil office under regional and global marketing direction. Responsibilities include supporting marketing and sales to increase lead generation and brand awareness, with growth potential to cover LATAM and support local teams and distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing manager to define local marketing needs, objectives, and effective tactics.
  • Support the global marketing team with collateral delivery and brand/logistical support.
  • Assist in creating educational materials and sales aids for the local sales team and resellers channel.
  • Collaborate with the Brazil Inside Sales team to improve lead qualification and lead generation outcomes.
  • Work with HQ marketing and Brazil marketing manager to adapt collateral and messaging for regional impact.
  • Translate documents and create materials to support the local strategy in the Brazilian market.
  • Update and manage installed base information as received internally and through corporate channels.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support departmental activities and assist other Brazil-based teams.
Qualifications
  • Degree in chemistry or correlated areas (e.g., pharmaceutical, biology) is mandatory.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines; strong organization and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to support complex events involving people and material logistics; creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish; potential for territory expansion within the company.
