Industrial Operations Leader

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Leader to oversee the entire manufacturing operation, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes. This role will ensure operational excellence and profitability by driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the manufacturing plant, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy, including engagement with key clients and new business expansion.
  • Implement operational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Structure, develop, and retain talent, fostering a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.
  • Represent the company strategically to clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multinational companies, mandatory experience in industrial equipment or automation sectors.
  • Hands-on experience on the shop floor and managing industrial operations.
  • Experience in commercial development and strategic B2B client management.
  • Track record in operational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability for domestic travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, or related fields; MBA is desirable.
