Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – Role at Nexer Telescope.

Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Your role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates, with support from a global team of recruiters and a Swedish management team, including relocation support.

Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. We aim to help engineers and their families start a new career and life in Sweden. Telescopes core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

• Identify and attract engineers for Sweden-based roles with a focus on IT and related technical fields.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust to support relocation.
• Coordinate with global recruitment teams and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
• Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
• Maintain a high level of service orientation and focus on finding the best solution for each challenge.
• Engage with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and related areas.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or comparable technical experience.
• Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
• Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset and solution-focused attitude.
• High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
• Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
• Self-confident, sociable, motivated and resilient (able to handle rejection and persist).
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed work attitude towards colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and professional with a presentable appearance.

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
• Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Holidays and vacation: Free national holidays with maintained pay; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
