What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the communications and email automation teams in executing marketing initiatives
  • Build and manage outbound mass email communications through marketing automation software
  • Execute automation workflows and email campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce
  • Write and interpret complex email automation rules, dynamic lists, and email drafts/templates
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance strategic initiatives and maximize impact
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
  • Professional experience using sales and marketing automation software
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce or similar marketing automation tools
  • Exceptional marketing copywriting skills and editing ability
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS coding for email
  • Graphic design and animation skills/experience
