Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Senior Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This position is perfect for a candidate who thrives in agile environments, excels in requirement analysis, and fosters effective collaboration among diverse teams to ensure project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document detailed business requirements
  • Work with agile teams to align objectives and enhance communication across sprints
  • Maintain clear documentation and support testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Review and contribute to contracts and agreements to align with organizational objectives
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Product Plan to track and organize project workflows
  • Analyze team productivity data to pinpoint opportunities for optimization
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to streamline interactions
  • Advance organizational goals by supporting the refinement of agile practices
Requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in documenting and analyzing business requirements
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks and relevant collaboration techniques
  • Technology experience with exposure to API testing and contract drafting
  • Familiarity with productivity and workflow software such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, or Product Plan
  • Competency in basic quality assurance, including test planning and execution
