At St. Nicholas Pinheiros and Alphaville campuses, we're thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Personalised Learning teacher to join our team and contribute across all-age campus. Preferred candidates will have relevant qualifications and willingness to work with teens and ability to work with students with additional needs. Essential requirements include a passion for working with PL and a commitment with children in special educational needs.


Main responsibilities within the role:


  • Support identified students in small group or 1:1 contexts depending on the students’ needs;
  • Advise and provide support and information to the pedagogical teams, the leadership team, and parents;
  • Lead on the planning, creation, delivery, and review of individual education plans for identified students across all sections of the school.



Required skills and attributes - Desirable (D) and Essential (E)


  • Fluent English and Portuguese (verbal and written) (E);
  • Graduate in education (E);
  • Experience in special educational needs (E);
  • Experience in social-emotional aspects of learning (E);
  • Specialism in educational psychology, such as Psychopedagogy (D);
  • Experience in collaborating with teachers responsible for language acquisition programmes, such as English/Portuguese as an Additional Language (D);
  • Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team where the student is at the centre (D).
