**What are we looking for?**
- Leadership of an Product and Services team with global responsibilities around design, development, deployment, further evolution and support.
- Role involves interaction and communication with Business users, other MDT areas and Strategic Vendors, especially with regards to Core Product and Services request deliveries in the area.
- Architecture and Functional knowledge on Order to Cash and Physical Logistics, mainly for SAP ECC, not restricted to.
- Responsible for financial management costs for the area.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Order to Cash and Physical Logistics Product Management overall accountability, including lifecycle management for services and products.
- Operations and Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service and development.
- Support, Influence and contribute with Leadership to define strategy for IT Solutions, in line with operational excellence strategies and Transformation programs and business capabilities strategies
- Line Management of team, with coach and development as well responsible to assure resources knowledge on Mars business processes and development/projects techniques and methodologies
