**As a **member of the Global Applications Service Delivery team, t**he IT Product Manager (Make) **manages a team with the functional and technical expertise to design, develop and support Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process and Deliver Continuous Improvement.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- 5-7 years experience working on IT Products and Services
- Remote functional & line management with a global geographical scope.
- Good stakeholder management & communications skills
- Experience in external vendor management
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Overall accountability, including lifecycle management for services and products;
- Support, Influence and contribute with leadership teams to define strategy for IT Solutions, in line with operational excellence strategies and transformational programs and business capabilities strategies;
- Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc);
- Escalation point for any business demands to work with the team and Business stakeholders to engage all resources needed to solve this demand;
- Collaborate with projects according to the Mars signature processes and standards;
- Budget management for all product area and functions;
- Line Management of team, with coaching and development of all the team members, including succession planning.
