**What are we looking for?**:

- Educated to a Degree Level (IT, Engineering, Science, Mathematics).
- ITIL Foundation training or/and certification is highly preferred. Agile related certification is a plus.
Working knowledge on data/analytics, ServiceNow and low code platforms are highly desirable
- Proven track record of being able to manage multiple initiatives of competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written English skills, able to communicate well with stakeholders ranging from Analysts to Senior Managers

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Understand Product Owner needs and act as Service Owner, managing user communities and strategic IT partners
- Map out business process (for Development, Testing & Support) and compliance requirements to design service delivery models and IT Controls fit for regular external audits and scalable supportability
Seeks out opportunities to automate activities and integrations/interactions with other products. This involves regular data analysis.
