Procurement Spend and Volume Analyst (f/m/x)_ will be responsible for the engagement of cross-segment and global users and stakeholders to ensure quality decisions are made regarding the product development and adoption. They are also leading tool development to ensure the value delivered through Phoenix is optimized, tracked and visible to the wide Procurement community._
- The role will work as part of the Commercial Insight & Analytic team and acts as the single point of contact for Phoenix users and stakeholders. The job holder will deliver a strong consolidated vision for the tool, ensure it is delivered by following defined funding processes and continuous improvement._
**What are we looking for?**
- 5+ years of experience in a data, analytics, or procurement role.
- Knowledgeable in Data Source systems (eg. SAP) and Data Lake technology.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
- Strong at Stakeholders’ management and customer focus (customer centricity).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part cross-function teams.
- Data Analytics applied to business strategy and/or tactical decisions.
- Fluency in English.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Shaping the tool vision and steer the support team in delivering the enhancement oriented by the business users.
- Translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Shaping and prioritizing the backlog, balancing stakeholders, and business priorities.
- Supporting on portfolio consolidation decisions by bringing his product users perspective.
- Managing schedule, budget, and change requests.
- Requesting funding through defined process.
- Owning the global cross-segment, Phoenix product by being the single point of contact for the product vision, performance, enhancements.
- Gathering users’ feedback and develop CIP for implementation in the entire portfolio to enhance usage of the Platform.
- Developing training materials and runs training/workshops sessions to enhance the users’ capability and confidence in the tool.
- Developing Communication to provide visibility to the value delivered through the tool.
- Defining processes and actions that enable to embed the tool in current or future ways of working to increase direct value delivered through the tool.
- Analyzing the link between usage and value delivered to improvement both engagement and product development strategy.
