**Transactional Solutions Process Analyst**

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Guararema, Brasil

Department: Commercial / Supplier Quality Assurance

- Transactional Solutions Process Analyst is responsible for executing standardized processes for the Supplier Quality Assurance organization such as managing _GFSI_ certificates, providing ad-hoc analysis or ensuring regular reporting._

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1-year experience as Key User for IT systems (incl. automation)
- Strong business acumen (especially in Sourcing / Operations / SQA)
- Commercial foundations
- Good knowledge of Analytical Solution Design
- Fluency in English (C1 CEFR level)
- User centric approach
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Well-grounded knowledge of risk management preferred
- Knowledge of PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps) preferred
- Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation preferred

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Executing Supplier Quality Assurance processes
- Creating ad-hoc analysis
- Identifying opportunities to optimize and digitize the processes in scope
- Working on process harmonisation and standardisation
- Ensuring proper stakeholder management
- Reporting regularly on process KPIs
- Working closely with Digital Solution Analyst to digitize processes
- Supporting Automation projects
- Acting as Product Owner for digital solutions such as RPA Bots related to the process
