**Transactional Solutions Lead - Commercial/ Supplier Quality Assurance Mars Global Services - Guararema/Brazil**
The Transactional Solutions Lead leads the standardization and automation of regional/segment specific SQA processes into global X-segment processes. This role drives process optimization and implementation of automation technology (e.g. RPA) to boost efficiency within the SQA function.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Develop, align and drive the SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) global transactional solutions strategy across functions and segments
- Design a global SQA service function
- Identifie common processes across regions/segments
- Lead the global process design and implementation
- Act as a change leader, driving delivery and execution of global SQA processes.
- Responsible for Business Case management and benefit tracking and delivery
- Design global process reporting for new processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Engage stakeholders within commercial and in x-function and/or x-segment teams
- Build an external partner network to bring the outside in
- Lead highly engaged team of associates
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Economic Statistics, Methods engineering or equivalent, Master´s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in SQA function, IT Management or Business Relationship Management
- Experience in business process management
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of risk management/ service management/ robotic process automation/ process mining - nice to have
- Skills related to IT solutions design
