**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- You will support Middleware Integration projects like IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, DataPower and others environment in different infrastructure on premise and cloud for Kyndryl’s clients in North America and Mexico.
- The opportunity requires extensive experience designing and implementing Integration infrastructure solutions and managing and supporting IBM integration products.
- You will be responsible to ensure availability and reliability of the environment through actions and initiatives to improve performance, ensure high availability, perform troubleshooting and fine tuning. You will also be responsible for keeping the environment up to date and security compliant through security patching implementation. This position also requires great expertise in the implementation of new solutions, new middleware products, technical review and sizing for new solutions designed or requested by the client. Migration, updates and upgrades projects are part of the projects in scope.
- DevOps, Cloud, Automation abilities are part of the requirements for this position beyond IBM integration products expertise.
- Client facing abilities are critical for this position and hands-on profile is mandatory as well.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Troubleshooting, support, management, design and implementation of the products below at an Expert/Consultant/Architect level:
- IBM Message Queue, IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower
- Strong AIX/Linux operating system skills
- Strong programming abilities for tasks automation using shell script and/or Ansible
- SRE (Services Reliability Engineer) profile and expertise
- Process oriented profile (IPC processes, ITIL)
- Client oriented profile with great communication and negotiation skills
- Strong hands-on profile
- Fluent English for speaking and writing
- Agile methodologies and practices
Required Certifications:
- IBM MQ 9.1
- IIB (Broker) 10
- ACE 11
- IBM Datapower Gateway 7.6
Other Certifications:
- GCP Cloud certification path
- or AWS Cloud certification path
- or AZURE Cloud certification path

- DevOps expertise / certification
