**Your Role and Responsibilities**

You will support Middleware products like IIS, WAS, JBoss and TomCat in different on-premise and cloud infrastructures for Kyndryl’s clients in North America.
Programing abilities for automation purposes are a requirement.
Client facing abilities and great English communication are critical for this position.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Troubleshooting and support of the products below at a Foundation level:

- IBM WAS, Microsoft IIS, Apache TomCat, RH JBoss
- AIX/Linux operating system skills
- Programming abilities for tasks automation using shell script and/or Ansible
- Process oriented profile (IPC processes, ITIL)
- Client oriented profile with great communication and negotiation skills
- Strong hands-on profile
- Fluent English for speaking and writing
- Agile methodologies and practices

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- GCP Cloud certification path
- or AWS Cloud certification path
- or AZURE Cloud certification path
