Senior Interaction Designer, Privacy Tools Ux

Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a user-centered design field (e.g., UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, etc.). Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires interaction in English with the other stakeholders. Preferred qualifications : Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a design related field. Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features with a user-centered design process. Ability to communicate and influence product design strategy and partner with UX Researchers to amplify research and design impact. Excellent systems-level design thinking and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities : Collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. Use wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and / or high-fidelity prototypes to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process. Identify opportunities to define UX solutions, and advocate for prioritizing design-centered improvements to evolve our product offerings.
