**Minimum qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. - Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate with team members cross-functionally for performing day to day tasks. **Preferred qualifications**: - Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information in an effective and clear, concise manner, with internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent collaboration skills with other UX, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Legal. - A portfolio or work samples showcasing UX experience, coupled with fluency in best practices for user-centered interface and interaction design.
