Desenvolvemos uma rede de patinetes, bikes e estações de carregamento, tornando a mobilidade urbana mais inteligente, sustentável e acessível. Formato: remoto, com visitas presenciais 2–3x por mês (SP). Missão Criar e desenvolver o sistema de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento corporativo da JET em todo o Brasil — desde equipes de campo até gestores. Seu desafio é transformar o aprendizado em uma ferramenta estratégica de crescimento, eficiência e cultura organizacional. Principais responsabilidades Desenvolver e implementar a estratégia de L&D da empresa. Selecionar e implantar uma plataforma LMS unificada. Criar catálogo de cursos e programas de onboarding. Produzir conteúdos e-learning (vídeos, SCORM, testes). Capacitar gestores e equipes operacionais. Medir e analisar ROI, eNPS, impacto em turnover e performance. Gerenciar equipe e orçamento de treinamento. Requisitos 4–5 anos de experiência em L&D, sendo 2+ em posição de liderança. Experiência em criar sistemas de treinamento do zero. Domínio de ferramentas e-learning (iSpring, Articulate, Moodle ou similares). Português fluente, inglês ou russo em nível conversacional.
