**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a New Ventures Intern to our New Ventures team in São Paulo
Our team is responsible for overseeing the operationalization and delivery of personal trainer services to our end users. We manage the partners who perform training consultations through Trainiac by Wellhub, seeking to deliver the best user and partner experience, doing so in a scalable manner and with operational excellence.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Community moderation, ensuring comments and posts align with our guidelines, offering support to trainers when necessary, and monitoring their access.
- Supporting the Partnership team with operational tasks integrating and managing partners in our system
- Supporting the development of trainer communications and surveys, monitoring distribution, and tracking engagement.
- Providing support for CX internal materials, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with the correct instructions for trainers.
- Developing referral campaigns for partners, ensuring proper communication and correct implementation.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Must reside in São Paulo.
- Willingness to go to the office when required.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda or related fields, with availability to commit to a contract for at least 1 year.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster global partner engagement.
- A curious mindset with a strong desire for learning and adaptability to work in dynamic and ever-changing environments.
- Availability for a 6-hour internship commitment each day.
