A startup that is rapidly growing in Latin America is looking for a Head of Strategy and Ventures to support our significant growth phase. This position is ideal for an analytical, entrepreneurial, and hands-on talent with 3 to 5 years of consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.

The role offers purpose, autonomy, and leadership opportunities , with responsibilities including leading strategy initiatives, developing new business theses, and MVPs at Mottu. The position is based in São Paulo, working directly with the CEO.

Requirements :

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years as a consultant at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, preferably post-MBA.
  • Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional analytical ability, hands-on approach, and operational affinity. Familiarity with tech and product is a plus.
  • Location: 100% on-site in São Paulo.
