Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 11 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consulting role
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales and/or marketing
- Experience leading in business consulting or in a business/financial planning department
- Experience leading business strategy development for a multi-national organization
- Ability to lead and manage teams and multiple projects with a broad range of executive internal and/or external stakeholders simultaneously

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Sales Operations is the global team that makes sure Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They develop global initiatives and set high-level goals to improve productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of strategic business plans for Google Brazil to address opportunities and challenges. Develop insight and recommendations to Google global, regional, and country leadership based on complex data, market information, and cross-functional Google strategy.
- Partner with executive cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment around a common Google Brazil strategy. Drive Brazil's priorities with global Google leadership.
- Provide insights on the Brazil advertising market to the Large Customer Sales leadership team.
- Lead resource allocation for Large Customer Sales Brazil, and drive operational excellence across the organization through data-driven insights and weekly operational cadence.
- Manage a team of Googlers, driving multiple complex projects critical to Google's country and regional strategy.
