Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential**We’re on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.** If you're passionate about people, thrive in dynamic environments and love solving real business challenges, payroll regulations, this role is built for you You’ll be the go-to HR expert for operational and strategic support, collaborating across departments and helping us build a compliant, thriving, and people-first culture.**Key responsibilities include**:- Provide HR guidance and support to leaders and employees across departments- Lead and coordinate payroll operations in line with labor laws and internal controls- Collaborate with Finance on tax, auditing, and payroll inquiries- Advise on HR policies, processes, and compliance, partnering with Legal when needed- Support talent decision including new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and L&D to meet leadership and employee development needs- Address and resolve employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations- Support integration activities for M&A and organizational change- Contribute to HR projects, round tables, and reporting initiatives- Manage local and international transfers, helping employees navigate transitions**Qualifications**:- Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor compliance, and HR best practices- Analytical mindset with great communication and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, plus Excel and PowerPoint- Fluency in English, and Spanish is a big plus- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a bonus- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Generalist roles with a focus on payroll and employee relations.**Why us?**Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
