The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- To map and to answer main issues in Logistics Operations
- Active contact customers in order to avoid issues and guarantee operations
- Execute plans, routine, actions in order to solve those problems
- Promote sharing of best practices among all departments and 3PLs, enhancing collaboration and partnership to develop solutions to operations and business
- Guarantee timely and effective communications and sense of urgency and ownership
- Execute tracking and operational tools and prepare control sheets
- Follow indicators and prepare clear presentations to showcase results, ideas and next steps
- Perform analysis and standardize processes that can be scalable between partners departments and 3PLs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in the transportation for e-commerce is a plus
