The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance. Browse our operations team jobs to see how you can make an impact with us.Specialist in analyzing current scenarios and developing standard processes, controls, and systems using statistical data, with the responsibility of creating an excellent connection between the 3PL and the operations team based on data and mapped processes with a focus on ensuring sellers and Buyers best experience.Experience in transportation e-commerce, interpersonal communication, resilience, planning, organization, proactivity, analytical capacity, and ability to adapt are the main skills to ensure the expected results- Develop and identify transportation operations KPI's using SQL, Excel, and other tools knowledge;- Operational dashboards creations;- Identify critical activities, perform deep-dive analysis to find solutions and standardize processes that can be scalable;- Develop a routine for mapped actions plans and cause and effect solve problems;- Build mechanisms that can guarantee the quickest customers returns problems solutions;- Implement management tools;- Prepare clear presentations to showcase results, ideas, and next steps;- Build strong relations with 3PLs and internal partners to identify and unblock bottlenecks, downstream and upstream transportation network.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree (completed) in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management;- High ability to pull data from numerous databases and to perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed, mainly through SQL;- Ability in using some data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio;- Develop predictive metrics to assist with driving business results - Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered- Strong communication and writing skills necessary to build effective working;- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines;- Prior experience in the transportation;- Proven analytical ability to use data to manage metrics, drive improvements, and implement business cases;- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;- Strong knowledge in process mapping ensures standardization and focus on action plans based on critical activities.
