Right now, we are looking for **a Game Producer **to join our team at Globant As a Producer your job will be to drive the vision of the game from concept to launch, and ensure a top quality title is delivered on time, and within budget. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist with the project plan, and prioritize the work to be done, while ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful.
In coordination with external producers, you will define the product strategy, evaluate ROI of each feature, create concepts and feature briefs, prepare the navigation flow, create wireframes and define user stories. You will be the guardian of quality, working closely with Development, Art and QA teams to ensure the work delivered is up to our client's expectations. You will be the game guru, always ready to answer product questions for the team, being able to make quick decisions regarding quality, and solve scope vs. capacity issues.

**What would help you succeed**:
- Have imagination and love innovating.- Being flexible & goal oriented.- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.- Passionate about playing and making games, and have a good knowledge of the games industry.- Proactive and problem solving capabilities.
- English communication skills is a must (B2 or upper).
- Game Design background/experience
- Proven experience as a Producer working for either mobile or AAA games.
- Always up to date on current game and business trends.
- Experience pitching ideas to clients and teammates.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
