Lead Driver Operations Specialist Drive success in our team by taking on a key leadership role. As a Lead Driver Operations Specialist, you will oversee daily operations and support the growth of our Driver Verification team. Job Summary This position involves strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure high-quality performance and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and be able to motivate and guide their team to achieve departmental goals. Key Responsibilities Performance Management : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets. Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to boost efficiency and accuracy. Team Development : Ensure the quality and consistency of work through regular audits and feedback sessions. Training and Support : Provide ongoing development support for new and existing team members. Operations Oversight : Supervise and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Requirements KPIs and Performance Metrics : Strong understanding of departmental KPIs and performance metrics. Technical Skills : Proficiency in PC operations and confident use of office software. Google Workspace Tools : Solid experience with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive). Management Skills : Proven management skills, including strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement. Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated people management and team leadership abilities.
