Marketing Operations Specialist at BairesDev As an Operations Specialist, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Marketing Operations, driving strategic and operational excellence across projects that span multiple teams and functions. Your mission is to connect strategy with execution, ensuring that initiatives are well-structured, data-driven, and delivered with precision and impact. You'll manage cross-functional projects, build processes and dashboards to improve efficiency, track performance against key goals, and support leadership with strategic insights and planning. What You'll Do: Drive the execution and follow-up of cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives. Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Operations function, ensuring business continuity, leading selected initiatives, and maintaining a high-performance execution rhythm. Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication, prioritization, and project alignment. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or any field strongly connected to business management. Between 3 and 5 years of experience in dynamic environments, strategic consulting, fast-growing startups or scale-ups, and top-tier multinational companies. (Candidates with 2 years of experience will be considered if they come from top-tier strategic consulting firms.) Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have: Strategic consulting experience.
