**PRAXIS **is a leading company that seeks to strengthen companies through the use of specialized methodologies and tools and with a focus on consulting, integration, outsourcing, and systems development.

We´re looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist with:
**Skills Languages and frameworks**:

- Design and create end-to-end campaigns in Eloqua to support various marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure campaigns are created, tested, and delivered on time by acting as a point person for the marketing operations team.
- Create and maintain lead nurture campaigns supporting various product areas.
- Drive segmentation to support all the different campaigns based on the requirement.
- Work on relevant tools which are part of our marketing technology stack.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience using Eloqua or a similar Marketing Automation Platform.
- Salesforce CRM experience as a marketing user.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and managing multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with the latest marketing technologies.
- Passion to learn and expand hands-on technical skills.
- Preferred - Oracle Certifications: B2B Master, B2B Luminary, Oracle Marketing Cloud Implementation Specialist.
- Mexico/Brazil
