Enablement Process Manager Role This critical position oversees the operational backbone behind our internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance. The Enablement Process Manager is responsible for maintaining the single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. Ensure consultants follow the correct learning paths and complete required modules. Develop content to support operational process development and build a team to maintain it over time. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Administration, Business, Education, Sales, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Training Coordinator, Instructional Design Specialist, Enablement Coordinator, Curriculum Development Assistant, Knowledge Management Specialist, or Process Documentation/PMO Support. Experience working in a management consulting firm and training management consultants. Strong organizational discipline, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency with documentation tools (SharePoint, Google Drive), LMS or course-authoring tools, project management tools (Asana), and basic design/editing platforms (Canva, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail, consistency, and version control. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
