**Job Description** The Training Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the customer's training needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to analyze complex information, and have a customer-centric approach. This position is responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing session requests, and ensuring seamless execution of training events. The candidate will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and be the primary point of contact for all local stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** Analyze customer training needs and determine the required number of sessions. Manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as necessary. Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability. Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates to training events. Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing. Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool. **Requirements** 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations. Exposure to an international work environment. High-level understanding of the training landscape. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
