Learning Delivery Coordinator

Training Operations Specialist This role supports customers in coordinating training session delivery and working closely with the learning delivery team. The key responsibilities include: Analyzing training needs and determining the number of sessions required; Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation; Organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability; Coordinating changes/updates in the training event/program; FOLLOWING UP FOR ATTENDANCE AND INVOICE IF REQUIRED; Ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using a CRM tool; Ensuring Learner Support Level 2; We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and a high-level understanding of the training landscape. The ideal candidate should have a customer service-oriented posture, be a team player, able to communicate clearly, and have attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities. Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM and Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint is required.We offer equal opportunities for all applicants.
