Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce UI professional to help build an advanced compliance and reporting platform for the clean energy sector. The ideal candidate will join our dedicated product engineering team, working on scalable data-driven applications entirely on Salesforce – leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC) for a modern user experience. Design and develop custom LWCs and Aura components for pages, dashboards, and portals. Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customers, partners, and internal teams – integrating themes, branding sets, and navigation. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design systems while maintaining SLDS standards. Integrate LWCs with Apex controllers and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data flow between the front-end and back-end systems. Implement performance optimizations like caching, pagination, and lazy loading for large datasets. Participate in code reviews, testing (Jest, Apex), and CI/CD pipelines for high-quality releases. Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, documentation standards, and reusable component libraries.
