Team Overview:
We're looking for a passionate Growth Analyst who excels in critical thinking and analytical skills. In this role, you will be working closely with ride hailing teams globally to develop driver and passenger growth on Brazil. If you are a go-getter with a start-up spirit looking to create value you would be great with this team
Role Responsibilities:
- Improve our data capabilities, and help create dashboards and monitoring.
- Run acquisition campaigns to new users to 99 platforms.
- Design and implement incentives to improve engagement and retention.
- Monitor efficiency and cost, and generate proposals for improving operational efficiency.
Role Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience in solving problems in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Experience in building financial models and dashboards.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to interact with and influence internal and external partners.
- Self-motivation and agility to work independently.
- Organization, time management and ease of decision making.
- Intermediate English.
