Growth: Continuous learning, mentorship, and high‑caliber product development. Your Day‑to‑Day Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks. Candidate Experience – Ensure a high‑touch experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools and sourcing methods. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. Qualifications 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, covering both technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience with ability to source across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset. Preferred CET timezone or willingness to be flexible. Previous experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain space (preferred).
