Responsibilities Apoio no desenvolvimento de equipe – Atuar com um representante da cultura WeWork e ser líder pelo exemplo, acompanhando, fornecendo feedback, controlando banco de horas e atividades correlacionadas. Ser o representante do Business Manager no Cluster, propagando mensagens importantes para a equipe. Resolução de problemas – Atuar como o ponto focal do cluster para a resolução de problemas de média a alta complexidade, realizando acompanhamento de casos difíceis e cobranças de casos do financeiro/faturamento. Acompanhamento de indicadores de performance – Analisar os principais indicadores de performance da companhia para apoiar o Business Manager na tomada de decisão. Planejamento de ações corretivas – Propor e planejar ações corretivas para sanar pontos críticos da operação e experiência dos clientes. Melhoria contínua de processos – Participação em projetos de melhoria e cascata de informações para a equipe. Qualifications Experiência prévia em gestão de equipes. Experiência prévia em atendimento e satisfação do cliente. Experiência prévia em gestão de indicadores. Desejável experiência em eventos. Desejável experiência em negociações. Disponibilidade para atuar 8h por dia presencialmente de segunda a sexta. Conhecimento básico nas ferramentas Google (Gmail, Sheets, etc.). Procuramos pessoas comunicativas, curiosas e inovadoras, com sede de aprender. Disponibilidade de atuar na Grande São Paulo. Location & Schedule Local de trabalho: Paulista, São PauloHorário: de segunda a sexta das 09h00 às 18h00.Modalidade de Contratação: Presencial. Benefits CLT, elegível a bônus anual.
