Responsável por analisar e interpretar grandes conjuntos de dados, encontrando tendências e métricas que possam ajudar a empresa a tomar decisões mais precisas e obter melhores resultado.
**Principais atividades**
- Gerenciar e otimizar a performance das bases de dados, garantindo sua disponibilidade, segurança e integridade, atendendo a requisitos de alta complexidade;
- Conduzir a manutenção proativa dos bancos de dados, executando instalações, configurações, backups/restores, patches corretivos, upgrades e migrações entre ambientes on-premise e em nuvem;
- Realizar a estruturação e o planejamento das bases de dados para garantir que atendam a requisitos de escalabilidade e desempenho, assegurando alinhamento com as demandas dos projetos;
- Propor e implementar inovações tecnológicas, buscando melhorar a eficiência e desempenho dos sistemas de dados da companhia;
- Garantir o monitoramento contínuo e a otimização das plataformas de dados, utilizando práticas de performance tuning para bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL;
- Atuar na administração e suporte de soluções de integração com Dataverse, Power Platform, e demais ferramentas da Microsoft, aplicando boas práticas de governança de dados.
**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**
- Experiência em administração de banco de dados, DBA - Sql Server (Junior);
- Desejável experiência com Microsoft Dataverse, incluindo a gestão de dados em ambientes integrados com Power Apps e Power Automate;
- Desejável conhecimento em soluções de governança e conformidade de dados em ambientes de cloud híbrida;
- Desejável habilidade em implementar soluções que promovam a automação de processos de dados, aproveitando as capacidades do Dataverse para otimização de fluxos de trabalho e integração de sistemas;
- Superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia de Produção, Administração.
