The role combines project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.Prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support production issues and enhancements.Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge/response catalog.Required Skills:Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module).5+ years’ experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles.Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge.Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
