Job Title:Workday Certified Project Manager / Business AnalystLocation:Brazil (Domestic or Nearshore) Experience:5+ years Requirement:Must beWorkday Certified Availability:Immediate Role Overview: We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Certified Project Manager / Business Analystto supportproduction support and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinaterelease work,Agile ceremonies, andprioritization stand-ups. Prepareproject presentations,resource plans, andschedules. Performbusiness analysis: gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs. Conductdata analysisand translate findings into actionable insights. Act as aWorkday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME)to support production and enhancement needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Workday Certificationismandatory. Minimum5+ yearsof relevant experience in Workday environments. Proven track record inproject managementandbusiness analysiswithin HR or ERP systems. Strong understanding ofWorkday configuration, modules, and functional workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments preferred.
