The role
We're seeking a Lead Product Owner to spearhead MoveUp Media's latest product venture and turn it into reality. Leveraging your expertise in product strategy and design, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategy formulation to execution.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that we deliver a consistently exceptional end-to-end user experience on our products, assisting users in making informed decisions.
This role is deeply collaborative, working closely with various teams across the organization, and offers hands-on involvement, with direct interaction with the C-suite.
To be more specific, you will :
- Crafting Product Strategy and Vision: Formulate and communicate an engaging product vision that aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching strategy.
- Taking Ownership of the Product Roadmap: Develop and manage our product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with budget, timeline, and resource constraints, while remaining adaptable to evolving user needs.
- Making Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize hypotheses and experiments to guide product management decisions, ensuring they are backed by data, user feedback, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitating Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, such as engineering, operations, community, and marketing, to prioritize and coordinate product development initiatives.
- Promoting Community Engagement: Foster a culture of open product development by engaging with product advocates across the organization and community, gathering valuable insights into user needs and pain points.
