**Job Overview**:
- Assist HR/Finance/Contracts Department in the daily activities of the department including (but not limited to): typing documentation, filling out forms, filing and locating documents, receiving/distributing them; Check information

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Type of documentation, filling out forms, filing and locating documents, receiving/distributing them;
- Checking information to support your team members as needed
**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- At least High School in progress
- Ability to work in a team, interfacing with other departments.
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
