Position Objective: To support the administrative activities of the sector, contributing to the organization, document control and internal service, while developing professional skills and practical knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and archiving of physical and digital documents;
• Support in filling out spreadsheets and internal systems;
• Provide telephone and face-to-face service, when necessary;
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations;
• Support in the routine of control of materials and administrative requests;
• Collaborate with other areas as demanded.
