Risk Program Manager, Amazon Selling Partner API Services

Overview The Amazon Selling Partner API Services team is hiring for an experienced Risk Program Manager to drive and enhance compliance with program policy requirements to mitigate Selling Partner and Developer risk related to SP-API. This position will play an integral role in ensuring auditing and assessment systems are accurate, reviewing data analytics to support decision-making, and providing feedback to strengthen policies across a global team. The Risk Program Manager will work closely with Selling Partners, Third-Party Developers, and Global Partner teams, as well as Legal Counsel, Solutions Architects, and Tech teams to develop and support the continuous improvement of auditing tools and resources. What you’ll bring Relevant risk management / investigations experience driving business workflow improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused, detail-driven, and professional demeanor. A passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders. A consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload. Responsibilities Develop and continuously improve a global SP-API auditing and assessment program with feedback from cross-functional stakeholders. Apply process improvement and risk-mitigation methodologies. Maintain a strong understanding of best-in-class risk and control principles and regulatory expectations. Identify, track, and report key risk indicators. Collaborate with internal tech development teams to improve the customer experience of auditing tools and resources. Work with third-party assessment and auditing firms for external audits and assessments. Develop, integrate, and implement standardized tech and risk solutions to increase compliance while reducing burden on associate workload. Improve integrator experience with the program through webinars, onsite seminars, improved communication, and operational planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience handling confidential information. Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent; professional auditing qualification or similar risk/compliance credentials. Experience with SQL and Excel. Experience in program requirements definition, with data and metrics leveraged to drive improvements.
